   1. Sponsor The “Gear Up Your Hunting Crew” Giveaway is organized by HuntBros Technologies Inc. 2. Giveaway Period The Giveaway begins on September 5, 2026, and ends on September 19, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time. The draw will take place on September 20, 2026. 3. Eligibility The Giveaway is open to residents of Canada who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, representatives, and individuals directly involved in organizing the Giveaway, as well as members of their households, are not eligible to participate. No purchase is necessary to enter. 4. How to Enter To receive one entry into the Giveaway, participants must complete the following steps during the Giveaway Period: Follow the HuntBros Facebook page; Like the official Giveaway post; Tag three (3) hunting partners in the comments of the official Giveaway post. Only one entry per person is permitted. Sharing the post is appreciated but is not required to enter the Giveaway. 5. Prizes Three (3) prizes will be awarded. First Prize Four (4) HuntBros Scout devices; Four (4) HuntBros Elite subscriptions valid for one year. Approximate retail value: $959.92 CAD. Second Prize Four (4) HuntBros Pro subscriptions valid for one year. Approximate retail value: $239.96 CAD. Third Prize Two (2) HuntBros Pro subscriptions valid for one year. Approximate retail value: $119.98 CAD. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash, except at the discretion of HuntBros Technologies Inc. 6. Winner Selection The winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries received before the Giveaway closes. The draw will take place on September 20, 2026. Potential winners will be contacted by HuntBros using the contact information or account used to enter the Giveaway. A potential winner must respond within 48 hours of the first contact attempt. If no response is received within this period, HuntBros may select another potential winner. Before being declared a winner, the selected participant must confirm that they meet the eligibility requirements set out in these Official Rules and satisfy any applicable legal requirements. 7. Prize Awarding The HuntBros Scout devices will be shipped to a Canadian address provided by the First Prize winner. HuntBros Technologies Inc. is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or for circumstances reasonably beyond its control. Instructions for activating the HuntBros subscriptions will be provided directly to the winners. 8. Use of Winner’s Name By accepting a prize, the winner authorizes HuntBros Technologies Inc., where permitted by law, to publicly announce their name or profile name in connection with the announcement of the Giveaway results, without additional compensation. 9. Limitation of Liability HuntBros Technologies Inc. is not responsible for entries that are lost, delayed, or not received due to technical issues, network failures, social media platform issues, or any other circumstances reasonably beyond its control. HuntBros Technologies Inc. reserves the right to disqualify any fraudulent, automated, or otherwise non-compliant entry. 10. Modification or Cancellation Subject to applicable laws, HuntBros Technologies Inc. reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Giveaway if circumstances beyond its control interfere with its normal operation. 11. Facebook and Meta This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook or Meta. By participating, each participant acknowledges that Facebook and Meta are not responsible for the administration of the Giveaway or the awarding of prizes. 12. Acceptance of Official Rules Participation in the Giveaway constitutes acceptance of these Official Rules.
